Steel, approx. 150 x 120 x 80 cm, 2018
Leftover steel fished out of the trash welded together to a unity. The separate parts were meant to be thrown away and were never meant to work together. In this sculpture they do. They support each other, they all have their own unique physiology, shape, color and level of decay, but they also seem to strive for the same direction, for the same purpose. Some parts hang fragile in the air, supported by only one other component, but they stand strong, unshakable, and indestructible.
